Bone-In Pork Chops, Bittersweet Family Farm
What Bittersweet Family Farm has to say about this cut.
"Everyone is familiar with this bone-in classic pork cut. If you have never tried pasture-raised pork, you may think pork chops are dry and chewy. This is not the case with our pork! These chops are beautifully marbled, and the fat cap will practically melt in your mouth. Grill them, broil them, bake them, but keep them a little pink in the middle to have exquisitely juicy chops."
Bittersweet Family Farm a small, sustainable, family farm located on 25 acres in Deming, WA. Their primary focus is on raising heritage breed pigs. They firmly believe that every animal deserves happiness, regardless of their role in the great circle of life. Their animals are raised humanely and naturally, with lots of love and the utmost respect.
The pigs are rotated to fresh pasture as needed and are fed conventional feed from a local mill. They never have to leave the farm. They are born, raised, and processed on the farm minimizing stress and giving them the best life possible.
